 He has played bass guitar since the age of 18, hugely influenced by the playing of McCartney, John Entwistle, Bruce Foxton and James Jamerson.

He has played more live gigs than he cares to remember ( well over one thousand), anything from one barman in Stoke to 18,000 people in Tatton Park Cheshire have heard his playing over the last 22 years.

He brings a swing to the beat that is rarely heard of in modern electric Rock'n'Roll bass playing as well as writing highly catchy tunes in a wide variety of styles.

His latest project is 'Redemption Road', an album of all original Country Rock. He has teamed up with other session musicians in the studio to record this  great album:

Martin and Jeff have been good friends for 18 years, worked in many bands together, and it was only natural that one day they would finally get together to record the album they’ve always wanted to.

Recorded at their own studios in their home city, Manchester, a labour of love has finally produced “Redemption Road”, 15 original Rock'n'Roll/Country Rock songs that are becoming firm favourites on the rockin' dancefloors of the UK.
